Peptris is an AI-powered preclinical drug discovery company. Peptris’ proprietary AI platform integrates unsupervised learning and generative AI to design optimized molecules, significantly reducing the need for wet lab testing. We recently advised Peptris on its landmark licensing agreement with Revio Therapeutics for PEPR124 (RT001), an AI-discovered drug candidate for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
Under this deal, Peptris is licensing its preclinical-stage asset, PEPR124 (RT001), to Revio for further development in DMD, a rare genetic disorder with limited treatment options. The agreement will help Peptris expand its global biotech presence while accelerating AI-powered drug discovery. This deal marks India’s first AI-discovered drug candidate to be out-licensed, according to the company.

A landmark transaction that we advised Exponent on, was its collaboration with Altigreen Propulsion Labs to launch the world’s fastest charging 3-wheeler — The neEV Tez. The 3-wheeler cargo EV, neEV Tez, is powered by a proprietary battery pack developed by Exponent Energy that can be charged to 100% in 15 minutes at Exponent Energy’s e^pump charging stations.
