We have served as India legal counsel to a leading global provider of work product management solutions for more than 5 years. We have advised this Client on its employment policies, handled sensitive disciplinary matters and helped structure different commercial contracts, including with third-party service providers.
During 2020-21, we advised a Charlotte-headquartered customer data and analytics
platform (CDP) on implementing a business reorganization exercise, which included extensive Indian employment law advice on structuring employee layoffs at its India subsidiary.
