Discussing Athlete-Agent Relations and Player Contracts with Michael Kasprowicz

The Centre for India Australia Studies (CIAS) and Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) partnered with TC Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland (UQ) to host a combined course on “Advanced Sports Law and Governance” in September 2017.

Amrut Joshi conducted a 4-hour sports law class alongside former Australian cricketer and Cricket Australia Board Member, Michael Kasprowicz.

The topic discussed during the class was “Athlete-Agent relations and Player Contracting”. The class was attended by undergraduate law students from both India and Australia.
