September 23, 2015: Amrut conducted a workshop for the benefit of startups who are members of Target Corporation’s accelerator program in Bangalore, in collaboration with Kyron, titled “Legal Basics for Startups”. The presentation covered basics of (a) Company incorporation; (b) Intellectual property laws; (c) Structuring confidentiality and inventions assignment agreements; and (d) Structuring employee stock option plans (ESOPs).
