ESPNCricinfo Discussion- “Conflict of Interest” in the context of BCCI

On January 04, 2016, the Supreme Court-appointed committee comprising of Justice R.M. Lodha, former Chief Justice of India, Justice Ashok Bhan, former Judge of the Supreme Court and Justice R.V. Raveendran, former Judge of the Supreme Court (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Lodha Committee’), issued a landmark and game-changing report with comprehensive suggestions on how to revamp various functional aspects of the Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI).
