We have served as India legal counsel to a leading global provider of work product management solutions for more than 5 years. We have advised this Client on its employment policies, handled sensitive disciplinary matters and helped structure different commercial contracts, including with third-party service providers.
During 2020-21, we advised a Charlotte-headquartered customer data and analytics
platform (CDP) on implementing a business reorganization exercise, which included extensive Indian employment law advice on structuring employee layoffs at its India subsidiary.
We have advised a leading talent management firm on structuring secondment and flexible staffing services arrangements to be executed between the Client, its customers and empaneled professional service providers.
We have advised the India subsidiary of a US-headquartered automotive technology solutions provider on the legal framework for international workers under the Indian provident fund regulations, and in structuring Director Employment Agreements.
We served as a retained legal counsel to a global outsourced digital workspace solutions provider for a period of 7 years. During this time we advised this Client on all their employment policies, from on-boarding to end of employment. We helped structure their employee stock option plan, advised them on key executive employment agreements, and sensitized them to all laws and regulations pertaining to termination of services of employees.
