Since 2018, we have represented Global Innovation Fund (GIF)- a UK-headquartered non-profit innovation fund on all their investments in India, including in early stage startups operating in the agri, edtech and climate sectors.
Since 2018, we have advised M&S Partners Pte. Ltd. a Singapore-headquartered venture capital firm that invests in technology and mobile internet companies.., on more than 25 early stage investments and exit transactions in the Indian market.
We are the sole legal counsel to Speciale Invest, India's leading deeptech venture capital firm. We oversee their entire investment portfolio that spans more than 40 deeptech startups, including those operating in health & bio sciences, clean energy & sustainability tech, beyond earth & space tech, industry & manufacturing tech and AI led SaaS sectors.
Dozee is a pioneer in remote patient monitoring with AI-based early warning systems and connected bed technology. We have represented Dozee on multiple fundraise transactions between 2021 and 2025, where it has raised funds from marquee investors such as Prime Ventures, YourNest Venture Capital, 3one4 Capital and SBI, to name a few.
Disprz is a leading GenAI-Powered Learning & Skilling platform provider. We represented Disprz on all its rounds of funding from its incorporation in 2015 till 2022, including on its Seed Round, its Series A Round, its pre-Series B Round, Series B Round, its Venture Debt Financing Round and on its Strategic Partnership with GO1, an Australian unicorn in the same space as Disprz.
