Since, 2018, we have advised M&S Partners — a Singapore-headquartered VC firm investing in technology and mobile internet — on more than 25 early-stage investments and exits in the Indian market.
Sole legal counsel to Speciale Invest — India's leading deeptech VC firm — overseeing their entire portfolio of 40+ deeptech startups spanning health & biosciences, clean energy, space tech, industry & manufacturing tech, and AI-led SaaS.
Represented Dozee — a pioneer in remote patient monitoring — on multiple fundraises between 2021 and 2025 (Seed through Series A2), raising from Prime Ventures, YourNest Venture Capital, 3one4 Capital, and SBI. Five consecutive representations.
Represented Disprz on all rounds of funding from incorporation in 2015 to 2022 — Seed, Series A, pre-Series B, Series B, Venture Debt, and strategic partnership with GO1 (an Australian unicorn in the same space).
