Janhavi Kukreja

Janhavi Kukreja is an Associate at GameChanger Law Advisors (GLA). 

​

She has a strong foundation in corporate transactions, complemented by broader strategic experience. Prior to joining GLA, Janhavi spent approximately a year at a leading Mumbai-headquartered corporate and commercial law firm where she worked on mergers & acquisitions, employment law, and general corporate advisory matters.

She also led strategy and operations at M2S Consulting (India) Private Limited, her family’s manpower recruitment business, where she was responsible for business development and organisational leadership across functions.

At GLA, Janhavi is applying her legal and business experience to a wide range of corporate and transactional mandates. Her recent transactional work has included advising a startup operating in the education sector on its fundraise and restructuring, advising an early-stage venture capital firm on its investments into deeptech startups, and advising a UK-based impact investment fund on its investment into a healthcare startup.

In addition, Janhavi is also building a robust general corporate advisory practice, by supporting a number of startups on corporate compliance, commercial contracts, employment law and data protection matters.

Janhavi read law at the ILS Law College, Pune and graduated with a B.A. LLB degree in 2020.
