GameChanger Law Advisors acts on Speciale Invest investment in Inspecity

InspeCity, incubated at Society for Innovation & Entrepreneurship -SINE IIT Bombay, is building frontier infrastructure for in-space servicing, assembly, and manufacturing (ISAM) technology that could redefine the lifecycle and sustainability of satellites.

Inspecity raised ~₹46 crore ($5.6 million) from a seed fundraise led by Ashish Kacholia, with participation from Speciale Invest, Shastra VC, Antler India, DeVC, MGF-Kavachh, and Anicut Capital.

With this funding, the company will focus on space-qualifying its core technologies, expanding its engineering talent, and advancing its satellite life-extension platform, VEDA, ahead of a demonstration mission slated for 2027.
