Shivani Iyer

Shivani Iyer is an Associate at GameChanger Law Advisors (GLA). 

 

Prior to joining GLA, Shivani worked at a renowned boutique law firm in Mumbai, where she advised clients across industries on venture capital transactions and on employment law issues.

 

Shivani has supported early-stage venture capital funds through various transactions, helping navigate legal and regulatory issues, while facilitating their investments into startups.

Shivani has also worked closely with companies to enhance their internal legal operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory frameworks. Her experience includes advising on matters such as employee transfers, organizational restructuring, and the implementation of HR and workplace policies.

Shivani graduated with a B.A. (Economics) degree from K.C. College, Mumbai in 2020. She subsequently read law at Symbiosis Law School, Pune and graduated with a LLB degree in 2023.
