Amrut Joshi founded GLA in 2011 with a vision to build a firm that combined elite legal training with genuine commitment to transformative impact. Senior Partner Samheeta Rao joined with her own exceptional trajectory — from Amarchand Mangaldas to co-heading the legal team at Goldman Sachs' Bengaluru office.
Together, they have built one of India's most distinctive legal practices — advising on more than 200 transactions and building lasting relationships with some of India's most respected investors, entrepreneurs, and institutions.
